My name is Sam Fiorini and I specialize in listing and selling homes and land in Columbia, South Carolina. Columbia is in Richland County though Lexington, Kershaw, Newberry, Saluda and Fairfield counties make-up the greater Columbia market. Lake Murray, one of our big focal points is made up of 4 counties and has 500 miles of shoreline. There are many communities that are tied to the Lake and some of the more popular ones have been Ballentine, Irmo and Chapin.

I have 16 years of real estate experience in Columbia. As a broker/realtor with Exit Midlands Realty I bring a wealth of knowledge of the market as well as a dynamic internet marketing system designed to help sellers get their home sold. I started my real estate career in Charleston, SC in 1987 in the condominium market for a local developer. From their moved to Raleigh, NC for 4 years and my brother and I supplied solid surface counter tops to the builders in that market. I then moved back to Columbia in 1994 to get back home. I was born in Columbia and graduated from USC. I started right back into selling real estate here and have been doing it ever since. I have a lot of experience in the construction business and I have worked selling many of the communities throughout Columbia. I enjoy playing golf, gardening and cooking for good health. Church is a big part of my life and I'm blessed to have Jesus Christ in my life today.
