Growing up in Columbia and now living on the outskirts in a little town called Chapin (the a is pronounced), I have found that you just can't find a better hometown. Two hours to the mountains and two hours to the beach along with our own piece of heaven, a 50,000 acre pool called Lake Murray, in our backyard. You just can't beat it.
Not only do I have experience in the residential market, but for the past five years, I have worked as a land developer and commercial agent. Several of my developments you might have visited or seen as you drive thoughout South Carolina are McCauley Square in Lexington, Old Lexington Town Centre in Chapin, Cornerstone Subdivision and Three Oaks Park in Irmo and Wildwood Park in Sumter.
