Halloween at the Park, Crooked Creek Park, Fri., Oct. 21. Bring your little ghosts and goblins trick-or-treating on the outdoor trick-or-treat trail from 6:30-7:30 followed by carnival games, prizes, costume contest, and SCREAM contest. At 8:00 p.m. watch It’s the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown.
Pumpkin Run 5K and Kids Fun Run, Northwest YMCA, Sat., Oct. 29. Run, walk or jog. Fun run starts at 7:45, 5K at 8:30. Dress up in your favorite Halloween costume for a chance to win cash award! Proceeds benefit the Y's Annual Campaign which provides financial assistance to those in the community who need the Y's programs and services.
