There are many things about living in Chapin that I really enjoy. I
would say the one that ranks the highest on my list is the ease of navigating
the charming town of Chapin. I can literally stop by the post office, drop
books off at the library, fill up my gas tank and go to the bank, all in less
than 30 minutes!
Most everything is so close and convenient and I love that
there is very little traffic.
Of course, it does get busy on school mornings and in the evening when people are driving home from work, but it is nowhere near as bad as
Lexington or Irmo traffic.
Also, I have had the privilege of meeting some of the nicest
people I have ever met. Truly, I have found the residents of Chapin to be genuinely
kind, considerate, and very helpful people. From my children’s preschool
teachers, the librarians at the Chapin Library, the clerk at the post office, the owners of
the Chapin Auto where I had my vehicle repaired, the elementary school staff
and even the fast food workers!! I have had so many positive experiences from various
different businesses in Chapin, it is refreshing and something I have come to
Alphabet Soup and The Nifty Gifty are two of the many cute little shops in downtown Chapin that my
daughters and I enjoy walking thru. They
have unique gift and décor you wont find anywhere else. Alphabet soup, even
offers small snacks of cookies or crackers and punch to enjoy while
browsing thru the store. The Wired Goat is one of the newest additions to Chapin. It is
an amazing little coffee shop, with delicious coffee, fresh baked muffins & scones and top-notch customer
service. You have got to stop in for a cup of hot coffee or a frozen coffee drink.
Crooked Creek Parkis a major asset to the community. They offer team sports, tennis courts, Frisbee golf, two play grounds, running trails,
exercise facilities, plenty of programs and special events, after school programs and much
Chapin truly is a great place to live, work and play. I would love to help you find your dream home in our sweet little town!

"Working with Vicki was an absolute joy. She is very straight forward but positive in her suggestions. I was astounded when we sold my house in just 4 days. Obviously, her hard work paid off. I believe that anyone would have a great sales or purchase experience with Vicki. I cannot recommend her highly enough. "
