What a summer it's been. Record setting heat and a super heated real estate market in Chapin! For the three months of June-August 2015 compared to the same time last year, home sales were up 13.8%  while average sales prices rose 14.2%. Meanwhile in the MONTH of August, home sales increased 18.9% over last August.These results far outpace the national market where the increase in home sales has been hovering around 5% (it was 2% in July). 

 

With rumblings that the Fed may increase rates sooner than later,  (let's see if last Thursday's FED decision was a temporary blip) this is the time if you have been considering selling.Find out what your home might sell for here!!!
