I actually woke up to a dream about the house this morning. There were always so many things to deal with regarding the properties, it's shocking to have that release. Greydon is staying in touch and mailing a few things I asked him to get from the house. He said that Heather is very nice and is interested in restoring the place. His daughter moved in with him and they are allowed to continue to rent and maintain the lawn. She's not moving in for a couple of months while they work on it. Jill Calderone helped me sell my unusual 200 year old farmhouse in a national forest. This meant she had to drive over a hundred miles to service the property. Unlike most other realtors, she never complained about that or let it hinder her in doing her job. She is a wonderfully cheerful person who than more than stepped up to the plate. She went beyond the call of duty and spent hours at the property helping me do things I was unable to do myself. Her honesty and communication skills are admirable and certainly qualities one wants wherever your house is located. I highly recommend to anyone that Jill is the realtor for you.
