Highest Value Home Sales In Chapin 2015

2015 was a  good year for real estate in Chapin, South Carolina. By the metrics it was a stable market as the median sales price was up 2.9% . Meanwhile the sales to list price ratio (i.e. what percent of list price did homes sell for on average) was 95.1%, up two points from the prior year. Actual number of homes sold was flat but it took 12 days less on average to sell a home in 2015 than it did in 2014.
